After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

There is a courtesy shuttle bus, which will collect you from Dublin Airport. This can be arranged by using the courtesy phone situated at the Hotel Information Centre next to the meet and greet area for arrivals in the Airport Terminal. Please note that this service does not operate 24 hours.
